The company I work for was about to move to a different part of the city. The company grew and now we were able to rent some more expensive offices in the center of the city where we had more chances of getting more customers. That way we could only gain even if we would have to pay a bigger rent. We had to move all of our computer equipment to those new offices and the moving began very quickly. There were some moving companies that did not want to take out the equipment, because they were afraid of damaging it during the moving. Finally we found one company that agreed to do it. They put all of our wall mounted cabinets in a huge truck and they drove off. We went to our new offices, because we could drive faster and we waited for the moving company"s truck to arrive. It arrived and the workers started to take the wall mounted cabinets out of the truck. We were very unpleasantly surprised, because we discovered that some of the wall mounted cabinets were actually severely damaged. The workers of the moving company pretended, that they haven"t noticed anything. Yet we would not let ourselves be treated that way, we called the moving company straight away and demanded a compensation for the damages caused during the moving.
